1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Storie Media LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website https://storiemedia.ca or by booking our mobile LED advertising services, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We operate eco-friendly, frameless LEDBOX mobile advertising trucks in Calgary and surrounding areas like Airdrie, Okotoks, and Canmore. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Geo-targeted visual campaigns
  • Real-time content updates
  • High-resolution (4K Ultra HD) LED displays

3. Booking & Reservations

  • Clients can request quotes or book services via our website.
  • Confirmations will be provided by email or another form of written communication.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to fees based on timing and availability.

4. Use of Service

  • Our trucks display client-provided content (images, animations, videos).
  • Content must comply with all applicable laws and not include illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed offensive, unauthorized, or harmful.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display the submitted content for the duration of the advertising campaign.
  • All content you submit must be owned by you or you must have the necessary rights to use it.
  • Company branding, logos, and scripts on our site remain our property.

6. Limitations & Exclusions of Liability

  • We aim for continuous, quality service but make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, display accuracy, or technical performance.
  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service use—even if advised of the possibility.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in dispute.
  • We are not liable for events beyond our control, including technical failures, weather, or traffic disruptions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storie Media, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of our service, or your breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website. Your continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Storie Media regarding use of our services and replace any prior agreements or communications.
