At Storie Media, we strive to deliver exceptional advertising experiences for our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled. By booking our services, you agree to the following:


1. Deposits

  • A [non-refundable deposit, e.g., 50%] is required to secure your booking.
  • The deposit covers scheduling, administrative, and preparation costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations

  • 30+ days before campaign start: Full refund of payments made (excluding deposit).
  • 15–29 days before campaign start: 50% refund of payments made (excluding deposit).
  • Less than 14 days before campaign start: No refund will be issued.
  • Once a campaign has started: No refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

3. Rescheduling

  • Campaigns may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to truck availability.
  • A rescheduling fee may apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

4. Service Disruptions

While we make every effort to provide continuous service, certain factors (weather, traffic, or technical issues) may affect campaign delivery.

  • In such cases, Storie Media may provide a pro-rata credit or reschedule the affected portion of your campaign, at our discretion.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for disruptions outside of our reasonable control.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for submitting ad content on time, in the correct format.
  • Failure to provide usable content on schedule may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Storie Media.
